    • After purchase:

    If you are here because you have an activation key, please visit the customer portal.

    If you purchased from us, an invoice will be sent automatically in the email you entered at checkout.

    This email will contain a link to redeem your invoice and claim your product if you have already paid.

    If your card payment was declined but your card was charged anyway, you will be refunded.

    You can also use the invoice link to get back to your product if you have lost it.

    If you have purchased with crypto and your invoice says that it is not paid, the transaction might not be confirmed yet.

    1.1 License Grant: Upon purchase of a product, We grant You a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software strictly in accordance with these Terms.

    1.2 Subscription: Your access to the Software is provided on a subscription or usage basis.

    1.3 Usage Restrictions: You agree not to:

  • Copy or distribute any part of the Software.
  • Modify or reverse engineer the Software. This includes operating a debugger, binary analysis tools, etc. Our Software will automatically detect tools of this nature being used.
  • Transfer Your rights to the Software to anyone else without permission.

    • 1.4 Usage Agreement:

  • Temporary ceases of availability will be fixed as soon as possible.
  • The availability of Your product may cease temporarily.
  • You may or may not receive a notice if the availability to Our product ceases temporarily.

    • 2. Communication

    2.1 Your Communication to Us: The most reliable way to communicate with Us is via Our Discord server. Any other form of communication may or may not be responded to.

    2.2 Our Communication to You: Announcements regarding Our product is exclusively available in Our Discord server.

    2.3 Availability: Our availability of open communication to You may cease with or without cause.

    3. Payments and Refunds

    3.1 Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscriptions or purchases of our Software.

    3.2 Authorized Resellers: The Software is distributed exclusively by Us and resellers authorized by Us. Resellers redistribute Our Software under their and Our Terms.

    4. Privacy

    4.1 Data Collection: We may collect certain information about Your machine executing the Software and Your use of the Software.

    4.2 Use of Data: Collected data is only used for customer support, improvements to the Software, and security.

    5. Termination

    5.1 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, Your right to use the Software will immediately cease.

    6. Disclaimers and Liability

    6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

    6.2 Liability: In no event shall Malevolence be liable for loss of assets resulting from use or inability to use Our Software.

    7. Changes to Terms

    7.1 Changes: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. You may not receive a notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the new Terms.
