    1.3 Usage Restrictions: You agree not to:

  • Copy or distribute any part of the Software.
  • Modify or reverse engineer the Software.
  • Transfer your rights to the Software to anyone else without permission.

    2.1 Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscriptions or purchases of our Software.

    2.2 Authorized Resellers: The Software is distributed exclusively by Us and resellers authorized by Us. Resellers redistribute our Software under their and our Terms.

    3. Privacy

    3.1 Data Collection: We may collect certain information about your machine executing the Software and your use of the Software.

    3.2 Use of Data: Collected data is only used for customer support, improvements to the Software, and security.

    4. Termination

    4.1 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease.

    5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

    5.2 Liability: In no event shall Malevolence be liable for loss of assets resulting from use or inability to use our Software.

    6. Changes to Terms

    6.1 Changes: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. You may not receive a notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
